Montage Adhesive Dispersion

Materials: wood and wood-like materials, metal, cork, stone, glass, ceramics, fiberboard, chipboard, plasterboard, artificial materials (excluding PP, PE and PTFE), styrofoam,  bricks, plaster, concrete, foam

Examples of use:

• Installation of ceiling trims, wall panels, cornices
• Gluing hanger holders, information plates
• Gluing styrofoam boards and coffers
• Installation of door frame and floor trims
• Gluing decorative elements, foams, corks

Color: white

Consistency: thixotropic paste

Open drying time: 10 minutes

Full curing time: 24 hours

Temperature resistance: from -15^oC to 60^oC

Application of the adhesive:

1. Apply the adhesive pointwise or in vertical stripes on one of the surfaces. Make sure the applying time does not take more time than open drying time, which is approximately 10 minutes. The adhesive should still be damp.
2. Press firmly glued elements. In case of gluing it wrongly do not separate the elements- correct the position by moving them to the correct one.
3. Leave for 24 hours to fully cure for the bond to get full strength.

• In case of gluing bigger elements- after applying the adhesive and clamping it together you can hammer it lightly with a rubber hammer, so they adhere to each other perfectly.
• In case of gluing elements vertically we recommend ensuring that the glued elements will not slide down while drying.
• Before it dries, the adhesive dissolves easily in water, so the excess and tools used in the gluing process can be washed with water.
• Do not use on the surfaces constantly exposed to water and moisture.
• Product does not bond polyethylene PE, polypropylene PP and PTFE.
