Sealing and bonding of building materials and finishing elements, filling gaps and jointing

Bonding kitchen countertops and solid surfaces

Do not use on: polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE)

Color: transparent
Consistency: thixotropic paste
Full curing: 24 h (for a 2–3 mm layer)

Bonded surfaces should be clean, dust-free and degreased.

Application should be carried out at temperatures from +5°C to +40°C.

Cut the cartridge tip and screw on the nozzle. Use a caulking gun for application.

Bonding:

1. Apply the adhesive to one surface in parallel vertical beads every 10–20 cm.
2. Press the bonded elements firmly together.
3. Adjustment is possible within 5 minutes.
4. Light materials do not require support; for heavy materials or small bonding areas, support is required. Full strength for a 2–3 mm layer is achieved after 24 hours.

Sealing:

1. Cut the nozzle at an acute angle to match the joint width.
2. Smooth within 5 minutes of application.
3. Full curing for a 2–3 mm layer is achieved after 24 hours.

• Store in a tightly closed container at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
• Uncured adhesive can be removed with extraction solvent (white spirit). Cured adhesive must be removed mechanically.
